Hello

My name is Maria and I am starting my fasting. I will write here about my feelings, mind and transformation. Tomorrow will be my day 1. I have red a lot of information about the fasting. At the moment have no questions. Only want to get through that adventure and restart my body.

So I had a false start.

This morning my weight was 77.6kg.
Tomorrow is a new moon. Everything that we start will have a successful ending. Tomorrow I am starting my fasting. Today I ate a lot of BAD stuff  .

WED, 18.07.2012

Food:
07.30 - bread with sausage, piece of cake, 250ml milk with sugar
12.00 - chicken leg with mashed potatoes, slice of bread, 500ml Coca Cola, 250g biscuits
14.00 - 80g roasted sunflower seeds, 80g peanuts
17.00 - ~150g cake
...I can not stop eating and the food that I eat don't have any taste  .

My body is full toxic and I need to make a fasting to clear it and begin a new healthy live.

BR,
M.

7-day Project:
Thu, 19/07/2012 --> Day 1
Morning weight: 77.7kg
Height 174cm.
Age: 33

I had a bad night after all that eating yesterday. I was to the toilet 3 times. Now I am going to drink a warm water during the day. I have began my fasting, finally :woohoo: . My stomach is steel so full. I know that after 3-4 days fasting I will start to feel myself light and better.

P.P. I will take 2l warm water on small sips today. It will help me to clean my stomach faster.

And this is me now with a puffy face and big stomach.

Hope today went well for you Mexico. I just wanted to say that while photos can be a good souvenir of sorts - for say, Before and After pictures - I hope you're not posting them in disgust of your body. The majority of us have a few extra pounds we could lose, and fasting is a great mechanism for that, but please realise your body is going to enable you to get through this fast, too. It can be so enduring and strong - much stronger than maybe you've ever imagined it is right now, looking at yourself in the mirror.

All the best. Stick with it lovely.

Thank you, @Up, Simba :)

Yes I am on the track. Drinking warm mineral water. I am not hungry but feeling my body very strange because of the holding water weight. These days I will lose it and there will be a smile on my face :) . I am a positive person and I will use today's pictures in 10 days like "Before Me".

M.

Well done girl! You're clearly not retaining as much water as you were day 1, and you've passed (hopefully) the toughest day. Plus, totally jealous of your plans for the weekend - I'm working pretty much the whole time, but rewarding myself at the end with a trip to the movies with some mates. Best wishes, and keep updating!

Hey there Mexico, how's the fast going?

Not sure what happened to my topic - it disappeared! (If any moderators have any clue ...) So I might keep posting here so we can support each other, if that's ok!

It's my Dad's birthday dinner tonight, and it's his wish that all us kids go over for dinner. He already believes I have an eating disorder (NB: Do not try to explain the benefits of water fasting to a non-faster), and so I think I'll have some dinner. As I'm a vegetarian and the rest of my family omnivores, it'll probably just be salad or vegetables anyways (they're not quite sure how the whole "Veges as a main" thing works). That said, I would like to have a clean run of 7 or 8 days water fasting, so I'll be resetting my starting date for tomorrow.

And I was feeling so good! Ah, well.

I made 4 days of fasting.
I am 71kg at the moment.

Now I have started to train, making a P90X training program for 90 days.

Fasting in the summer is hard for me because everywhere there are a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. I will continue to eat clean and my purpose is to be 64kg.
I will make a long fast (7-10 days) next year when the winter is finished.

M.

Hey well done for the 6kg you must feel lighter and pleased with your efforts and really never mind your typos or spelling no one here will judge you on that. Only on how much weight you lost.... (just kidding) everyone is perfect in their own way. :)

Hi Mexico, no idea what happened to my topic, but I'm planning to start a new water fast tomorrow. The past few days have been awful - eating wise - both in eating the wrong types of food and too much. Feeling pretty low today, but the thought of a week of detoxification is lifting my spirits.

Congratulations on your 4 day fast! Hope to read any future threads you begin.

Sorry for this I moved the topic because I didn't want it to stand out for those searching for slow metabolism. There should have been a shadow topic to advise you of this. Here it is:
