Hi all,
I know it’s not advisable to undertake a long water fast without supervised guidance.
But I have not been able to find a natural medicine doctors nor fasting clinic here in the U.K who I can ask for advice.
The reason I am doing a long fast is for my M.S which I have read it’s only after 14 days that the healing starts.
There are quite a lot of online places I can get blood test done but what ones do I need to get ? :S
Currently I am on day 6 and was hoping to get some tests done on day 15. To make sure it will be safe to continue to 21-30 days.
Any advice would be gratefully received on the tests required.
Many thanks
;)

You can contact Dr. Tamara Voronina ( www.tvrejuvenation.com/?ref=background ). Her practice is London. She has been administring and researching water fasting since 1971 when she was given two rooms in a State hospital in Russian to treat patients with fasting. She is a very knowledgable and esteemed physician with significant amount of scientific research under her belt. If you contact her, you can tell her that I, Milena, recommended it.

Milena's advise is spot on, sunlounger.. personally I prefer to do a blood analysis just before a fast and then every week during a long fast, as the "departure from baseline" is a better indicator of the changes in your body, than just comparing with the averages..

Please make sure that you also eliminate the toxins released by your fast..
