just completed a 3 day dry fast and am now transitioning n2 the water phase part. i would have gone longer but i just missed water 2 much and started 2 feel weird. i lost a total of 13.5 lbs according 2 this morning's weigh-in. any advice on how 2 most successfully "stay clean?"

I'm not a fan on dry fasting, but I sort of tried it last week.

Went to full fasting, but didn't drink anything for a couple of days, as well as running in the gym's treadmill for a long duration, making me sweat, but not replacing the fluid.

Was hard, being dry mouth, bad breath and unable to brush my teeth for that time was the hardest. Also my whole body ached, and still does, resulting in no sleep and low energy, when normal fasting would not affect me at all.
Dry fasting? don't like it, but can't hurt to try. (it did!)
