Schizophrenia

I was not sure where to post this, as I am posting about the relationship between the medication that I am taking and my self-discipline. I have noticed that the higher my medication is, the less disciplined I am. For example, when I was on a really low dose of medication, I disciplined myself to eat a 100% "balanced" healthy diet of mostly raw vegan foods. The only cooked foods that I ate were brown rice, quinoa, and beans; I would eat them plainly with nothing added. My diet would consist of foods that each only contained one ingredient - the food itself. I would also drink water as my only beverage. Furthermore, I even added a couple of water-fasts to my regimen of being disciplined; first I went on one that lasted for five days, and then another that only lasted for about 1.5 - 2 days. However, as my medication started getting raised, I gradually became less and less disciplined and my diet became more and more horrible/unhealthy. I have Schizophrenia, and the medication that I take is an anti psychotic medication. The medication works by blocking dopamine in the brain. The reason why it blocks dopamine is because dopamine is associated with reward-motivated behavior, such as disciplining oneself. This makes sense, because, like I said, the less medication I am on, the more disciplined I am. So, I guess "too much" discipline causes "too much" dopamine in the brain, which is thought to cause Schizophrenia.

Oh, I forgot to mention that my goal is to reduce the medication back down to a low dose again, so I can get back to being disciplined. Once I do that, I plan on eating a main diet of raw vegetables and fruits with water as my only beverage. I also plan on incorporating some raw green vegetable-only fasts/diets (which would include water for my beverage) into my lifestyle. I currently have a large cavity in one of my wisdom teeth, and I plan on attempting to heal it by consuming only raw collard greens, raw turnip greens, and water for atleast a week, and see what happens. I am not afraid to do this because I have water-fasted for about a week before, which is harder to do than going on this raw green vegetable-only (and water as my beverage) diet/fast, so I figure it cannot be any more dangerous than a week-long water-fast.
