I recently completed a one week dry fast and during that time I continued doing my normal exercises currently on month two of turbo fire workout had a week to re-feed and started another 7 day dry fast currently on day six and still going strong with hardly any negative effects.

You may have to reduce your exercise a bit while your getting used to fasting or just do your day job but over time it will get easier to maintain your normal routine.

Well it is slowing down, but guess as I am already quite lean now a days just not enough to see my abs.

With around 29 hours to go on my fast my electronic body fat machine says I am at 9.5% fat while last week I was at 9.9% after finishing it, not that I trust it very much I heard some people don't see there abs until around 6% while others can see it at 10% or even 12% as a guess I am one of the former.

One thing I wondered about I didn't realize that if you measure yourself lying down which I used to do on my long combined fast your abdominal measurement is just over two inches smaller than when you stand up. Like currently I am at 28 inches lying down but just under 31 inches standing up. I was around 30 inches lying down just under 3 months ago after my long fast so I am down a couple of inches from that point but I probable gained a couple of inches in the past two months when I was trying to bulk up a bit so I am probable down like 4 inches since the start of my rotation.

In my dry fasts now I do seem to only lose around 2 pounds a day compared to the start of my long fast just under 4 months ago I was losing between 4/5 pounds a day but guess this is because I am also around 20% lighter than I was then.

If I am only losing around 0.5% every two weeks I might still need to do it for another couple of months before I see them if I am unlucky.

I see. It also depends on your diet/calories etc etc.
But around 8% bodyfat you will see your abs very clearly. The clear 6/8 pack wich is the buttom 2 or 4 you maybe have to get down to 6%. This is also genetics in terms of where you store your fat and all that.

I have seen the top 2 clearly for a while and now my midsection clearly goes in around the sides then out around the belly button area so I am getting closer shame my genetics seem to store most of my fat around that area, I just hope I reach the point before I am classified as under weight which at my current rate I might reach in a month or two as well.

Great. Im gonna try 1 meal a day for while now and see how that goes. :)
I will weigh myself everyday etc and ofc track my lifts etc so i know if im doing well.

I will probably do pictures aswell
