Hi,
I have decided to stop fasting, I've been doing some vegetable broth for two days now, will probably eat some kind of solid food in a day or two, I'm only giving three days on broth before I introduce some fruit of solid foods. My main question is even when I'm eating is it still a good idea to do the five step elimination cycle while eating or does it not do the same thing or is it not as effective? Should I even bother with it when I start eating?

Remember that by the time your food reaches the stomach it is a broth. Thus having a broth is like jumping in on the deep end re-starting a diet. I prefer breaking a fast with a single fruit, which is easier to digest than a broth.

It remains a good idea to do these 5 steps whenever feasible. There's always some toxins available to be eliminated. Sure it would not eliminate the same volume but it will get rid of what is in circulation.
