So from the discussion above i understood that for better muscle use nd mobilising toxins active fasting is best. nd it seems to have workout which makes our body active also. then why ios it that passive fasting aids in more weight loss..?

Muscles, dear Manu, is more dense than fat: It weighs more per volume and about twice as much per energy content. Thus, if you break down muscle (or other proteins such as organ tissues), you lose more weight.
