Incomplete elimination cycle

Good morning Doctor,

I've recently come across your Health calendar and would like to thank you as it's slowly helped me regain my faith in fasting.

I was wondering many times about the importance of step 3 and 4 of the hydro cycle for myself. If i increase my HR, exercise intensively and engage all possible muscle groups in that activity (=may be equivalent to massage), break in sweat and continue sweating (i got myself a sauna suit for boxers which i dislike but it prevents the body to lose heat = heat phase), would i still have to do the massage and pyrophase eventhough my body should cool down after the intense sweat producing exercise?

Shant, it is likely that you eliminate adequately with what you describe here. The details of the cycle is actually more critical for people with a low level of physical activity.

The only misgiving is that the sweat caused by exercise is often rather pure water. Sweat has 2 functions: Detox and Cooling. Hard exercise calls for cooling so that the sweat resulting from hard exercise tends not to detoxify as effectively. But if you do it often, it will still be more than adequate for the volume of toxins you need to eliminate.

The cooling phase is mainly necessary to prevent the formation of varicose veins so if that is not a concern it is not a critical step. Although cooling sends the nutrient rich purified blood back into the body rather rapidly, it will get there eventually anyway. But honestly, the cooling phase is a wonderful sensation.
