I would love to know what methods people use to complete their elimination cycles? Do you run, skip, hop? Massage yourself, dry brush etc? Sauna, hot bath? The cold and rest I got down, but I'm finding it hard to put it all together into something I can do throughout the day. Some ideas would be most helpful! Also, when do you find it helps the most or is most convenient?

It seems I posted this for the Fast Doctor, but would really like some members advice as well!

Yes, thanks David! Previously I had, I'm just wondering what members use that keep them doing it consistently.

Well I am fairly new at this, few weeks but so far I do the following:

20 minutes cardio, to try to reach my highest heart rate by the time I end.
5 min Jog/Run (in a machine)
5 min Spinning (stationary bike)
5 min Step (that old fashion thing on the floor of the 80's jajaja)
5 min trampline (that small bouncer) jump up and down...

15 minutes massage
5 min Shaker (machine that makes my body move/shake)
5 min massager (machine for the foot)
5 min massage my body with the hard foam roller (uff hurts this one)

Hot - Cold - Rest
Jump into a very hot shower, then with a tower rope
Lie down infront of the air conditioner until it feels really cool.
Lie there with water, resting...

it feels wonderful, because i have never done exercise, so doing 5 minutes seems like something I can do....

Ideal cycle, dear ILove, is to do only ONE of each step and complete a cylce. Thus, ONE exercise followed by ONE massage, heat, cold and rest, before the next exercise, followed by... I believe you get the drift.

You'll find yourself able to do even more exercise, without getting muscle stiffness or pains this way.

Oh, I didn't do it like that, but that sounds more dynamic, I guess I was still thinking about exercising the old ways instead of focusing on detoxing what I have archived on the fasts.

Thanks

What I do varies on the time of day and where I’m at. In the mornings I will usually do
Step 1: yoga sun salutation 4 cycles, then some push ups to get my heart rate up.
Step 2: Massage myself focusing on the areas with higher fat content.
Step 3:Take a hot shower
Step 4: Change the water to luke warm. I don’t really have a rest period because I have to get off to work.

My evening cycle .
Step 1: I lift weights.
Steps 2-4: are the same.
Step 5: Off to bed.

When at the gym
Step 1: I’ll do 20-30 min on the stationary bike.
Step 2: Massage.
Step 3: Sauna for 20 min where I continue to massage.
Step 4: Leaving the sauna to the changing room is an immediate cool down.
Step 5: Rest

This sounds excellent dear Shae. Now performing these same steps while fasting will make the fast just so much more effective.
