Hey guys,

SO, I was wondering. Does saliva break your dry fast?

I'm asking because saliva contains some water so what if someone will swallow it instead of spitting it?

Thanks.

I think you're over thinking. Your body creates water by metabolizing fat, so I'm sure that swallowing saliva is of no concern. I say be glad you have saliva, because it shows you are not dehydrating.
