Hello
I know this fasting and feeding window is very popular, but that includes water in the fasting period. Have anyone tried doing it dry? and would that be better?
Im also doing a workout during the dry fast period aswell would that be cool without suffering performance?

True but she didnt recommend the protocol for young active people tho. She said it was only for women over 40+ years. I asked her

It really depends on what kind of workout you are doing and on the climate as well.
If you don't want your workout to suffer my advice is to drink water!

My workout is weight training and walking. Then soccer is later in the day but that is in my feeding window so im not dry fasting then.

I do this daily and find it doesn't affect my exercise at all. I feel there are many benifits to this protocol.
