I'm into my 3rd WF session within about 10 days. 1st at 38 hrs., 2nd at 53 hours, & now the 3rd should end at around 40 hours. 40 seems a 'good' number, (with biofeedback) So, I'm in phase of tuning my fasting schedule. Looks like the following may work for me:
M T W Th F S S (2 fasting sessions/week @ 40 +/- hours each)
l l 0 l l 0 l

I don't have a great fat reserve; monitoring wt. & ketones. doing skin brushing.

Already noticing some beneficial appetite regulation, eg. avoiding chips, sweets & other 'culprits.

Best.

Finished 40 hr. WF 10 am.; 6pm to 10am seems to work for me. I want to arrive at a fasting regimen where I can keep doing my regular activities w/ some resting. Some trouble getting to sleep last night. Ketones this am. was at 5 (trace), so I'm right up at the edge fat-wise; weighed out at 149 lbs. (@ 6'2").
Tended to overeat this am/early pm. - oranges, apples, avocadoes, the a Japanese combo plate...feeling queasy. Next WF session I'm going to keep it lighter & fruity, both before & after. Feeling flushy in the face.
Next WF session I plan for Fri.pm to Sunday am.

Best

Still tuning my IF schedule; now at: 0lll0lll0 with 40 hr. WF breaks.
Since I have a suspected liver contusion from a fall ca. 10 days ago (+ along with the frigid weather), I don't want to push my comfort zone too much. The fasting rest breaks should assist giving liver (& bruised ribs) opportunity to heal.

Best.

Tomotto,

At 6'2" and 149 lbs., you have to be quite lean. I'm 6'4" and about 165 lbs., and I'm lean. Nice work! :)

Thanks, Ockeghem, & to this forum for encouraging sharing the fasting/healing process. Helps keep me motivated & focused'

Today completed 4th WF (40 +/- hrs.) in 16 days. Shall try sticking to the 0lll0lll0
schedule for the near term. I'm coming to fasting with neurological/heart valve manifestations, so I'm aiming to stay in a doable comfort zone & with biofeedback make incremental progress; 'Rome wasn't built in a day".

Yesterday,
"0" day did my 1st excercise session; walking in the park using ski poles, which I converted to this purpose. "Poled" today, also. Spent the rest of "0" day in bed.

I find I'm drawn to food now on more of a physiological basis & not as some kind of time/space filler; a new experience! Keeping at 150 lbs.

Looking forward to my 5th 40 hr. WF session, also easing into a daily WF oractice from ca. 6pm to 10am next day. so, 8 hr. food france: 16 hr. fast.

My thinking is that with a four-pronged approach; Fasting, food, exercise & rest, I'm giving my body the opportunity to continue healing; withaddition of meditation.

Best :)
