Hi folks

Haven't been here for a while, since I've settled into a weekly routine of one 24hr LOF a week - and a four-weekly 36hr+ complete fast.

I choose the day when I fast by how early I can finish my evening meal - my OCD prefers a 6.00pm start to the fast, so that I've got 6 or 7 hours under my belt (so to speak) before retiring for the night. :)

My energy levels remain high and I've - in the last nine months - gone solidly into weight-bearing exercises. I can now swing a 9kg kettlebell around, do 4 sets of 20 8kg weighted press-ups (I couldn't do a single press-up when I began last November), 4 sets of 5-7 chin-ups - and I'm in training to do free-standing handstands!

I'm also into High Intensity Interval Training.

I detail all this on my blog - alongside all my breadmaking exploits!

Glad the forum is still going strong - I should visit more often, but I find myself reading through every post, when I should be doing other things!

Take care, everyone - and keep fasting!

Ps. I've no idea why that link doesn't work!

The link: It's not working because http://is duplicated. I wiped one and it works now. Lovely site!

Thanks Breadandwine, I really enjoy your posts. Just hink of... if you're 24 hours into your fast, instead of breaking it and then go do sleep, go to sleep and then break it.. that promotes your 24 hour missed meal into a real fast!
