I was reading some articles that say it burns more calories to digest celery than it provides; thereby, making it a 'negative' calorie food.

Could this be true? If it is, would eating celery during a fast negate a water fast or help it if the primary goal of the water fast is weight loss? Not sure if I discovered a "secret" or if it's bunk and something to avoid.

By the way, if you guessed my primary goal is weight loss, you are correct! You win a million dollars, you can collect your winnings immediately from the man wearing a funny hat outside your local walmart.

LOL. I would think that you wouldn't go into ketosis, unless the celery has very low carb counts. I imagine you could do a monodiet of celery, but it would be pretty boring. Plus all that chewing and the strings in your teeth.

Hey, there are two guys with funny hats out side of walmart. Is it the guy with the tatoos or the one with bigger boobs than me?
